We love you back!

Nancy did an amazing job on our wedding cake! Not only was it breathtakingly beautiful, but it was the best cake I have ever had. So many of our guests let us know that it was by far the best cake they have had at a wedding. Thanks so much!!!

I’m going to start my review with a story: My maid of honor was my 30-year-old ex-step-sister (I come from a complicated family). At the reception, she started her speech saying that since she’s 30, that means she goes to a lot of weddings these days (the rest doesn’t matter for this review, but trust me it made everyone cry). Anyway, later in the evening she told me that our wedding cake was THE BEST WEDDING CAKE SHE’S EVER HAD. This means she has traveled far and wide and tried cakes in multiple countries, and this was the best one. If that doesn’t convince you to go with The Happy Baker, I will try with my own experience…

Nancy is not only an expert at what she does, she is also kind and fun and easy to work with. She is extremely professional, has great style, and knows her stuff so I trusted all of her suggestions. Also the cake is delicious, but if you have tried any of the goodies in the store, you know that already. Her store is tucked away in the tiny, beautiful town of Ridgeway, but she is seriously the best there is. Just ask my ex-step-sister.

Nancy went above and beyond to help make our wedding day perfect. She is such a wonderful person and the cake she made for our wedding tasted AMAZING. The cookie favours she made for our guests were truly pieces of art and were so delicious! Thank you Nancy so much for everything!!

Loved our wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding this past weekend. We had so many compliments on how yummy and beautiful everything was. Highly recommend.
